It was great working with Alex on Yandex Schoolbook, an online education system for children in primary and secondary schools in Russia. He always came up with fresh ideas that improve the UX of our customers. It was Alex who always focuses on details that help our students (7-10 years old) feel comfortable with the web interface and intuitively use it to get their homework done successfully. I really enjoyed every time Alex presented a new idea beautifully designed. He listened carefully to any feedback from the team and tried to make it even better.!

Alex is certainly one of the best designers I had an opportunity to work with. He's really thorough when it comes to designing user experience: he spends hours studying all the customers data he can access, he does countless iterations and always discusses them with the team, gathering rounds of feedback and acting accordingly. He has a strong opinion that is always based on strong evidence. He has an answer for every 'what if' during the design review because he had tried it all earlier and is now able to explain why he did or didn't go this way.

All in all, customers matter most for Alex and he does an exceptional work to bring them the best he has.
